This beautiful prayer consists of praying the Psalms throughout the day, and is prayed by Religious Sisters, Brothers, and Priests throughout the world. I knew nothing about it before I entered the convent years ago, but it can be a super powerful way for the Laity to unite in prayer with the Church and I wanted to share it with you!
