For the woman who is tired of carrying everything and quietly wondering when it's her turn. You are capable, accomplished, and holding it all together beautifully. But privately you are exhausted, a little lost, and quietly disappointed that you do not feel more positive given everything you have built. That feeling is not a flaw. It is a signal. And this podcast is where we talk about what it actually means. Every episode I share honest conversations about figuring out what you actually want, building the courage to go after it, and creating the freedom to do it on your own terms. Not motivation. Not hustle. Real talk from someone who understands this season from the inside. I am Emily Rogers. I have spent 25 years as a key member of leadership teams across seven countries, led business transformation, served on boards, raised two daughters, and built this business in the middle of all of it. I know what it costs to be the capable one. And I know what it takes to come out the other side. Once people work with me, they find ways to keep working with me. If you are ready to stop carrying everything and start building what actually matters, you are in the right place. Pour yourself a cuppa. Let's talk. • Nobody Prepares You For The End Of It
    Oct 19 2026

My mum was discharged from oncology. Everyone told her it was wonderful news, and they were right.

She came home with a clear diary and no idea what to put in it, and I've been thinking since about how much structure the treatment was quietly providing. This is about what happens when the scaffolding comes down at exactly the moment you're expected to feel relieved, and about being congratulated on an ending while privately managing a beginning nobody has acknowledged.

It's October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this is my contribution to it. There's nothing for sale in this one.

  • What Six Months In The LeadHer Circle Actually Looks Like
    Oct 12 2026

Last week I made the case for why complex transition can't be worked out alone. This week I'm answering the practical questions instead, because if you're considering something that runs for six months you deserve to know exactly what you're agreeing to.

What happens in a session, why the thing runs for six months rather than six weeks, who's actually in the room, and what changed for one woman who did it.

Applications for the LeadHer Circle close Friday 16 October. The group starts 22 October: https://theleaptolead.com/mastermind

  • Why You Can't Think This Through On Your Own
    Oct 5 2026

Complex transition isn't a willpower problem and it isn't an intelligence problem. It's that the thinking needs somewhere to land, and most women in the middle of one don't have anywhere it can.

In this episode I talk about what a room of women at the same stage gives you that no single conversation can, why the decision almost always arrives the morning after rather than during, and why I don't think the right room is a nice extra.

The LeadHer Circle opens this week. Six months, small group, starting 22 October. Applications close Friday 16 October: https://theleaptolead.com/mastermind
