• 60. Staying Present in the Ashes | The Hard Part After Boundaries
    Apr 9 2026

You don’t owe everyone access to you. But what no one talks about is what happens after you set the boundary.

    Join PRESENCE Presale

In this episode, we talk about the part that comes after you leave the relationship, get sober, set the boundary, or change your life, its the in-between phase. The uncertain, uncomfortable season where everything feels quiet, scary, and unclear. I call this the “ashes” or the “soup” phase. This is the part where the caterpillar turns into soup before it becomes a butterfly.

This episode is about staying present in that phase, because that’s where most people go back, relapse, sabotage good things, or numb out just to escape the discomfort.

What we talk about in this episode:

    • Why you don’t owe everyone your presence or access
    • What boundaries really are and why they change your life
    • The hardest part is what comes after the boundary
    • Staying present in the “ashes” and uncertainty
    • The caterpillar turning into soup before becoming a butterfly
    • The seed needing darkness before it grows
    • Why people relapse, go back to toxic relationships, or sabotage good opportunities
    • My experiences with an abusive relationship, sobriety, divorce, estrangement, and heartbreak
    • Why tools and support are necessary in the in-between phase
    • Turning pain into growth and not interrupting your own miracle
    • Choosing the butterfly again and again

  • 59. Stay in Action | Winter Ends, Spring Comes, & Life Rebuilds Again
    Apr 2 2026

Sometimes letting go isn’t losing… it’s making room for what’s next.

In this episode of the Kori Leigh Show podcast, I talk about what “let go and let God” has actually meant in my life, not as a quote, but as something I’ve had to live through. Sobriety, separation, co-parenting, health scares, heartbreak, and seasons where life didn’t look anything like I thought it would. And yet, with time and hindsight, I can see how those endings were also making room for something new.

This episode is about trusting the season you’re in, staying the course in the in-between, and remembering that sometimes what feels like everything falling apart is actually life rearranging itself.

What we talk about in this episode:

    • The shift from winter to spring as a metaphor for letting go and new beginnings
    • What “let go and let God” has meant in real life, not just in theory
    • Major life pivots like separation, co-parenting, sobriety, and health scares
    • Looking back on rock bottom seasons and seeing how life rebuilt
    • Staying the course when you’re in the uncomfortable “in-between” season
    • Taking action, even when you don’t fully understand the plan
    • Trusting that endings often nourish what comes next
    • Practicing faith in the ordinary, everyday parts of life

  • 58. When You're Given a Chance to REBUILD… Be Wildly Obsessed with Doing Something With It
    Mar 26 2026

Sometimes the life you’re living now is the one you prayed for when everything was falling apart.

Here’s exactly why you can’t stay consistent (& here is how to fix it)

If you’re ready right now… REBUILD Presale is OPEN!

In this episode of the Kori Leigh Show, I look back on some of the chapters that could have taken me out — abusive relationships, divorce, alcoholism, self-harm, suicidal depression, and the painful separation I walked through in 2025. And yet somehow, through therapy, recovery, faith, and a lot of small daily decisions, life slowly rebuilt itself into something I once couldn’t imagine.

This episode is about remembering how good life can get on the other side of rock bottom and why staying the course through the storm matters more than you think.

What we talk about in this episode:

    • The years I spent worrying about purpose and how my uncle’s advice that “God has a plan” eventually proved true
    • Walking through multiple rock bottoms and getting sober
    • The foundations that helped rebuild my life: therapy, recovery, and faith
    • Surviving a ruptured appendix and finding deeper gratitude for life
    • Why boundaries, discipline, and small daily actions matter during rebuilding seasons
    • How storm seasons can eventually lead to a life more beautiful than you imagined

  • 57. Feelings Can Be Tended To… But They Don’t Drive the Bus | Walling Up in the Storm (part 2)
    Mar 19 2026

Feelings are real. But they aren’t facts.

If you’re over 40… DELETE THESE THINGS NOW!

In this episode of the Kori Leigh Show podcast, I continue to talk about a season that felt like another dark night of the soul — grief, fear, instability around co-parenting, and old abandonment wounds getting stirred up again. And here’s what I had to remember: feelings can be tended to… but they don’t get to drive the bus.

Recovery has taught me that faith isn’t just a belief, it’s a decision followed by action. Even in the middle of fear, I kept showing up: therapy, meetings, motherhood, work, and the daily practices that keep my life steady. Sometimes staying steady also means walling up a little to protect your energy, set boundaries, and be intentional about what you let into your world.

What we talk about in this episode:

    • Why feelings are real but shouldn’t become facts
    • Staying anchored to God through fear and instability
    • Walling up to protect your energy and nervous system
    • Setting boundaries with social media, notifications, and outside noise
    • Why this kind of diligence shouldn’t only happen at rock bottom
    • Moving from survival seasons into growth and harvest

  • 56. When Your Hardest Chapters Become Someone Else’s Lifeline | Walling Up in the Storm (part 1)
    Mar 12 2026

Sometimes the hardest chapters of your life become the reason someone else keeps going.

Is sharing your story on your heart? This is exactly how I have built a multiple 6-figure/year Business with story telling.

    Download Here

In this episode of the Kori Leigh Show, I share a moment that reminded me why I do this work, a stranger at a Christmas market who hugged me, cried, and told me the podcast helped save her life. It was a powerful reminder that when we’re willing to heal the hard parts of our story, they often become the very thing that serves others.

What we talk about in this episode:

    • The encounter that reminded me why sharing our stories matters
    • Walking through addiction, abuse, and a past that statistically could have ended very differently
    • Why I stepped away from the podcast in 2025 to cocoon and do deeper healing
    • How storms and hard seasons can become opportunities to rebuild
    • Why your “big story” may be exactly what someone else needs to hear
    • Remembering that life moves in seasons and storms always pass

  • 55. Stay the Course: Gratitude, Containment, & the Quantum Leap After Shedding Seasons
    Mar 5 2026

Is sharing your story on your heart? This is exactly how I have built a multiple 6-figure/year Business with story telling.

    Download Here

This episode of The Kori Leigh Show, is a check-in after (and in the midst) of a season that forced everything to slow down. At the end of 2025 my appendix ruptured, and the first two months of this year became a period of deep healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The quiet and low stimulation brought an unexpected sense of regulation and a deeper closeness to God.

2025 was a year of shedding: separation, learning to co-parent, becoming a newly single mom, and staying sober through it all. It wasn’t joyful, but I kept suiting up and showing up — meetings, therapy, working my business, being a mom, and doing the work even when I didn’t feel like it. Sometimes the seasons that strip everything away are the ones preparing us for the biggest leaps.

    What we cover:

    • Healing and slowing down after surgery
    • Lessons from a year of shedding and major life changes
    • Staying sober and disciplined when joy isn’t present
    • Practicing gratitude until it becomes genuine
    • Why dark seasons often precede breakthroughs
    • Using your story to serve others and build something meaningful

  • 54. Being Savage About Inner Work & what it actually takes to overcome anything that tries to take you out..
    Feb 26 2026

This episode of The Kori Leigh Show Podcast is about being savage about your inner work. Not aesthetic healing. Not performative growth. The real work is the kind you commit to in addiction, grief, divorce, loss, and seasons that try to take you out.

I share about my separation year, daily recovery meetings, pausing a globally charting podcast, nearly dying after my appendix ruptured and why protecting my faith, sobriety, and nervous system mattered more than anything else.

    We talk about:

    • Riding discomfort instead of numbing it
    • Playing the tape through instead of chasing instant relief
    • Holding boundaries even when it hurts
    • Subtle self-sabotage and energy leaks
    • Turning your darkness into service

Relief doesn’t come from escape. It comes from seeking God in the dark and letting the storm build your character instead of destroy you.

  • 53. FEAR → FAITH | Suit up. Show up. Stay.
    Feb 19 2026

What Happens When You Don’t Numb Out

In this episode, I’m talking about what it actually looks like to walk through a season of anxiety, co-parenting, major life shifts, and even a near-death experience and choose not to let fear run your life.

    We talk about:

    • Navigating chronic fear without numbing out
    • Rewiring survival patterns
    • Building structure and containment in chaos
    • Trusting God when you can’t see the outcome
    • Staying instead of running

    Here’s what I know:

You cannot shortcut transformation. You cannot numb your way to peace. And the storm passes, but only if you stay long enough to see it through.

    Suit up. Show up. Stay.
