Not to mention allowing my relationship with God to be on the back burner because hello- there was no time for that. That was a recipe for disaster that quickly led to burn out and frustration. It wasn’t until I realized that I was absolutely not alone, and so many other women were struggling with the same things that I began to be honest with myself. I have since been able to apply a framework in structuring my life that has changed everything for the better.
