A common mindset we come across as joinery business coaches is the "tradie mindset", something we struggle with when approaching the industry as Joinery isn't a trade business, it's a manufacturing business.

We often find that business owners with the idea that they're running a tradie business have a completely different mindset than those who've settled into the manufacturer mindset.
