A fintech company is hiring one Agile Product Manager. One person. Roadmap across four lines of business. BRDs, FRDs, KYC framework design, sprint ceremonies, UAT, release sign-off, Mixpanel dashboards. Six tools. No connective tissue. The advert even says the candidate must operate without an existing structure.

That is not a job description. That is an org chart collapsed into a single employment contract — a load-bearing wall with a salary.

In this episode of The Post-Project World, Luigi Pascal Rondanini reads the advert for what it discloses: where coordination capital sits, how undefended it is, and why “wear many hats” is a culture slogan covering a governance gap regulators will never audit as culture.

We translate the role into Coordination Capital terms, name the Structural Floor every regulated organisation already has (whether it has named it or not), and show what OrbaOS is actually for: not tighter BRDs, but governance formalization architecture — making informal judgment measurable, bookable, and auditable so it survives a resignation letter.

If you work in product, fintech, compliance, or delivery and keep seeing roles that ask one person to be the roadmap, the compliance translator, the release authority, and the analytics function — this episode is the reframe: that is not a hiring problem. That is a Structural Floor problem.
