A proposito di questo titolo
This episode builds on themes from Part 1 of our intimacy series, exploring how our early experiences shape what intimacy, safety, and sexual empowerment feel like in our adult lives.
Hillary and I dive into our personal stories of body and sexual conditioning, and how shame often tags along. We’re not sex ed experts, but we’ve done the deep inner work—and what we’ve found is that true empowerment starts in childhood.
We talk about the root chakra, the power of safe touch, and how attuned parenting can change everything. By modeling a shameless relationship to our own bodies, we help children grow into adults who deeply know the language of their own bodies and boundaries.
This is about healing intimacy—for ourselves, our relationships, and our future generations.
