 Throughout my 20s and 30s I was a thriving mother, I absolutely loved being a mom, I was surrounded by amazing women that supported and lifted me up. I ended up losing that community one by one as they moved, and life changes happened. I then found myself surrounded by people who were not as supportive. I fell into a horrific depression. Right before the pandemic, I hit rock bottom, I discovered through a conversation with my son that the ugliness that I was feeling on the inside was now clearly being seen on the outside, and I was devastated. I had to get back to the basics so, I shifted my focus back to Faith, family, and Fitness, and this was how I was able to coach myself out of my depression, lose my weight and love myself again. As a stay-at-home mom, we have great influence over our husbands, children and our future generations. Through this podcast I want to give stay at home moms a place for God-centered healthy advice to regain their health and self-worth, create better marriages and raise healthier happier kids.All rights reserved Igiene e vita sana
