The HyperCast is a podcast built around a simple idea: everyone has a story worth telling, and not everyone has the platform, equipment, or know-how to tell it well. So we built one.

Each episode features the host, Christian HYPEMAN Sledge and different guests — small business owners promoting something new, creators and coaches sharing what they know, authors and speakers building their audience, or everyday people with a story that deserves to be heard. It's their show. We just provide the platform, ask the right questions, and make it sound great.

Tune in for real conversations, real people, and stories you won't hear anywhere else.

New episodes drop regularly — subscribe so you don't miss what's next.

  • The HyperCast: Feel It Don't Become It - Reese Sabatini-Blake Author, Speaker & Holistic Executive Coach

A doctor told Reese Blake she was unlikely to ever walk on her own again. She heard the words, felt the grief, and then decided they would not get the final say. Reese joins us from Canada to share how teen brain surgery, hemiplegia, and vision loss pushed her into the darkest places and ultimately into a recovery path that became her life’s work through Becoming Blissful and the Bliss Method Recovery Workbook.

We get real about what people rarely say out loud: recovery can include pain that keeps you awake for days, suicidal thoughts, and the kind of anger you are “not supposed” to feel. Reese explains how she used that anger as propulsion instead of poison, why you do not have to be grateful for the dumpster fire, and how “worst case scenario” thinking can actually calm the nervous system when you bring it back to probability and choice. If you’re dealing with trauma recovery, burnout, chronic pain, PTSD, or a major life change, this mindset work matters.

Then we go tactical. Reese breaks down holistic healing as whole-person rehabilitation: physical training plus emotional regulation, spirituality, rest, and community support that is real. We talk neuroplasticity, functional movement, breathwork, deep meditation, subconscious reprocessing, and the simple baby-step strategy that helps you stop white knuckle gripping your past. The line that sticks: feel it, but don’t become it.

If this conversation helps, subscribe, share it with someone who needs hope, and leave a review so more people can find these stories. What’s the one next step you’re willing to take today?

  • The HyperCast: Where You Start, Doesn't Determine Where You Finish - Dr. Nadia Luna
    Sep 29 2026

At 15, Dr. Nadia Luna thought she had ruined her life. A few years later she was back in classrooms, labs, and clinicals with a single goal she refused to negotiate with: become a nurse and build a future for her daughter. This conversation follows the real timeline, including the part most people skip. She went back to school days after giving birth, dealt with teachers’ assumptions, carried the shame and stigma of being judged in public, and still kept showing up until her work ethic spoke louder than anyone’s bias.

We also dig into what it means to be a first-generation college student with no roadmap. Nadia shares how the jump from an inner-city high school environment to college rigor nearly knocked her out, landing her in academic probation and forcing an honest question: am I capable, or am I chasing a delusion? What changed everything was learning how to ask for help, using tutoring and counselling, building study systems, and finding a “why” strong enough to survive setbacks. The result was a complete turnaround, from probation to the Dean’s List semester after semester.

From there, her nursing journey expands into service and leadership. With experience as an emergency room nurse and advanced training as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, she explains why mental health care matters, how stigma blocks people from getting help, and why underrepresented communities need more providers who understand their lived reality. Now a certified nurse educator with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duke University, she names her superpower as grit: getting locked in, staying relentless, and treating failure as feedback.

If you’ve ever been told your circumstances define your ceiling, hit play and borrow her mindset. Subscribe, share this with someone who needs a push today, and leave a review so more listeners can find stories like this.

  • The HyperCast: Don't Stop Believing - Marcus SHAM Wells
    Sep 21 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

57,000 refugees in roughly three weeks sounds like a headline. What it feels like on the ground is something else entirely, and it can follow you home. I sit down with retired Air Force Master Sergeant Marcus “Sham” Wells to talk about the Afghanistan withdrawal refugee operations in Qatar, the constant pressure of 16-hour days, and the moments that make you realize nobody has a clean playbook when the scale gets that big.

We also go straight at the part people avoid: the cost. Sham shares how PTSD and anxiety showed up later as panic attacks in noisy rooms, insomnia, and recurring nightmares shaped by the humanitarian conditions he witnessed. We dig into leadership under pressure, what happens when support breaks down, and how senior NCOs still band together to protect their people and finish the mission.

Then the story pivots in the best way. After retirement and a rough transition, Sham finds something that quiets his nervous system: karaoke. What starts as Uber breaks in Las Vegas becomes “The Sham Show,” a karaoke experience built as a safe space where shy people take the mic, celebrations turn into memories, and someone can feel okay for a few minutes. If you’re navigating veteran transition, mental health, purpose after the military, or just trying to find a new mission, this conversation is for you. Listen, share it with someone who needs it, and leave a review if it helps.
