We continue in our Kingdom Governance direction by stepping into the reality of freedom—not just receiving it, but learning how to live in it.

Through the lens of Isaiah 30 and the finished work of the cross, this message confronts a tension many of us feel: if Christ has set us free, why do we still live under old patterns, old voices, and old ways of thinking?

Freedom in Christ is not something we simply hold—it is something we occupy. And often, what keeps us from living in that freedom is not a lack of truth, but the voices we’ve continued to trust. Fear, control, striving, and self-reliance still try to govern the “rooms” of our lives, even though their authority has already been removed.

This message invites us to return and rest—to come back into alignment with what is already true, to stop striving to secure ourselves, and to trust the voice of God that is near, steady, and leading us.

Because the cross didn’t just make freedom available—it removed everything that stood in the way of us living in it.

So the question becomes: are we just believing we’re free… or are we actually living like it?

Return. Rest. Trust. And begin to occupy the freedom that has already been given.

  • Lisa Westbrook | 04.19.26 | Core Values of The Kingdom
    Apr 28 2026

Following a powerful Sozo training weekend, this message begins a new direction centered on core values and Kingdom culture—laying a foundation for healing, freedom, and spiritual growth.

We start with the most important question: Who is God, really? Because what we believe about Him shapes everything—how we hear His voice, how we experience His presence, and how we live our lives.

Through five foundational truths—God is good, God is speaking, God is near, God is not holding back, and God is for us—we are invited to uncover misbeliefs and replace them with truth. This isn’t just about learning something new, but stepping into a lived experience of who God actually is.

This message creates space for healing by gently challenging false lenses and inviting listeners into deeper intimacy with the Father—where freedom is not just given, but learned and lived out over time.

Because the culture of the Kingdom is not built on rules first, but on a right understanding of God’s nature—and from that place, everything begins to change.
