Most importantly - she's human. Jessi spent over 10 years struggling with her physical and mental health which is what has inspired her to pursue a career in wellness and why she is so deeply passionate about inspiring others to transform their own health & well-being.     After a very long break from recording, I am back with an update episode to fill in the gaps of what has been unfolding in business and in life over the past year. It's taken so long to actually sit down to record this episode and I share some of the challenges as to why right here. I've been going through a season, and it ain't over yet, but I'm back and ready to share it all with you.
