In today's episode, we discuss two competing bills that aim to solve this problem: House Bill 25-1261, sponsored by Rep. Jennifer Bacon, and House Bill 25-1272, sponsored by Rep. Shannon Bird.

We also discuss compromises that have been found in other states to solve this problem and how those compromises might be applied to these bills, or can these bills be merged.
