I needed to soul dump some thoughts that I've had since quitting my job and travelling for 3 months! It's giving stoner musings but unfortunately this is just what my inner dialogue is like! In the final episode of our series on How to Love Your Work, Gina talks us through the systems that are holding us back in the modern workplace. Due to this imbalance, women are often underperforming relative to their potential in corporate roles while working against more friction than men.
