  • A Confidence Crisis At The Supreme Court?
    Apr 23 2026
The Supreme Court is grappling with an erosion of its institutional culture caused by unprecedented internal leaks and public comments from justices that target their own colleagues. FOX News contributor and law professor Jonathan Turley joins to discuss Chief Justice Roberts’ struggle to maintain civility, the constitutional debate surrounding birthright citizenship, and how the Trump-appointed justices are prioritizing legal principle over political pressure. As hundreds of thousands of fans descend on Pittsburgh for the 2026 NFL Draft, the spotlight shines brightest on Fernando Mendoza, the consensus top pick from Indiana following his historic, Heisman-winning season. Dan Dakich, host of Don’t @ Me on OutKick and an Indiana legend himself, joins us to discuss the stunning transformation of IU football, why drafting a franchise quarterback requires a "killer" instinct, and whether paying college football players will impact the sport. PLUS, commentary by Nikki Beaver, national political and communications director at the National Federation of Republican Women. PHOTO CREDIT: ASSOCIATED PRESS Learn more about your ad choices. • Iran Seizes Ships In Hormuz After Ceasefire Extended
    Apr 22 2026
President Trump extends the ceasefire with Iran, but only for three to five days according to the White House. President Trump announced the extension as the original ceasefire was set to expire Tuesday night. He said the U.S. would give Tehran more time to present a "unified proposal" under which peace talks could resume in Pakistan. If the ceasefire ends without a deal, the President has promised to destroy Iran's energy and transportation infrastructure. FOX’s John Saucier speaks with Matt Finn, FOX News Correspondent reporting from Islamabad, Pakistan, who says discussions have been difficult because Iran's government is so 'fractured.' • Why Are Top U.S. Scientists Disappearing Or Dying?
    Apr 22 2026
As questions mount over the mysterious disappearances and deaths among high-level researchers, national security concerns have been sparked, and the focus now shifts to whether or not these cases are directly linked to United States classified aerospace and weapons programs. Missouri Congressman Eric Burlison joins to discuss why the suspicious suicide of a former intelligence officer and the unexplained vanishing of researchers from NASA and the Los Alamos National Laboratory have prompted a formal request for an FBI investigation into the occurrences. As AI-driven layoffs hit major firms from Amazon to Meta, a growing sense of anxiety is taking hold of the American workforce. Recent headlines have even turned violent, with attacks targeting tech leaders and local officials, allegedly over job automation and data center fears. Futurist and author Jamie Metzl joins us to explain why he dismisses the idea of machines fully replacing people, advocating for a collaborative "human-plus-AI" model and a global moral framework to ensure this rapid transition remains a creative force rather than a destructive one. PLUS, commentary by Gregg Jarrett, FOX News legal analyst and commentator. PHOTO CREDIT: FOX NEWS Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
