This series is all about understanding more about diversity, equity, and inclusion and how important it is to the overall employee experience.

Reward Gateway launched our EPIC Strategy for DE&I in 2020 as part of a company-wide focus to encourage positive improvements continuously.

In each episode, we’re going to be speaking to a range of people, some internal to Reward Gateway, and others are people outside of our business, to learn about their area of focus.

Join Rob Marsh and Cat Lewis as we learn more about how truly impactful DE&I plays a big part in making the world a better place to work.

In our last episode of the series, we speak to the delightful Abigail Melville, Founder, and CEO of London-based social enterprise We Rise about empowering young people and connecting organisations to diverse talent through mentoring.

Abigail is passionate about tackling inequality, after 25 years of working in public, commercial, and non-profit organisations. She founded We Rise to make an impact in her community by collaborating with employers to create projects that are inspirational for young people, rewarding for professionals, and of real value for clients.

In our conversation, we speak about Abigail's background and passion for DE&I, why she set up We Rise, how they provide meaningful work experience to the young people they work with, Abigail's new book 'The Workplace Revolution', and how mentoring and work experience can have a positive impact on workplace culture.
