Get ready, because Dick Buttons is sitting down with a true master of his craft — legendary saxophonist, recording artist, composer, producer, and longtime educator WALTER BEASLEY!

For more than FOUR DECADES, Walter Beasley has been making his mark on contemporary jazz, becoming one of the best-selling saxophonists in modern history and releasing an incredible 31 albums.

But Walter's story goes far beyond the stage and recording studio. He also spent 35 YEARS teaching at the prestigious Berklee College of Music, helping educate and inspire the next generation of musicians.

• The MUSIC.
  The PROFESSOR.
  The creative process.
More than four decades in the business.
  31 albums and counting.
The lessons learned along the way.

And the passion that continues to keep him creating, performing and teaching.

Dick wants to dig into ALL OF IT!

What does it take to build a career with that kind of longevity? How has the music industry changed? What has Walter learned from decades of performing AND teaching? And after accomplishing so much... what still drives him to keep pushing forward?

This is going to be much more than a conversation about jazz. It's a conversation about MUSIC, EDUCATION, CREATIVITY, LONGEVITY and the life behind the saxophone.

AND THEN... it’s time for DICK’S LIGHTNING ROUND!

Quick questions. Fast answers. No overthinking. No hiding. Dick fires them off and Walter has to answer on the spot! You never know what’s coming next!
