Charity Beallis had a 2013 arrest for aggravated assault with a firearm — at the same address where Randall's previous wife Shawna died from a gunshot wound a year earlier. Her own father went to court claiming his grandson would be in "grave danger" in her care. Her teenage son recorded her slashing his truck tires while holding a baby — then sued to legally separate from both parents.
And then there's the 2021 police report. According to that document, Charity's father told investigators his daughter confessed to shooting Shawna. Body cam footage exists. He's now walking that statement back on national television.
