  • London Marathon race debrief: miles of pain & moments of Growth
    Apr 29 2026

The 2026 London Marathon is definitely a race to remember it may not have gone to plan but it might be one of the most important races I’ve ever run.

In this episode, I break down my full experience at the London Marathon — coming in with a 2:51 goal and finishing in 3:43 after dealing with heat exhaustion mid-race.

I talk through the training block, how the race unfolded, when things started to go wrong, and what it felt like to go from racing to simply trying to finish.

This is an honest reflection on adapting through tough conditions resetting mentally and pushing through even if something isn’t going your way because sometimes the races don’t go to plan other ones that teach you the most.
