Most lawyers, myself included, get into law because they see it as a way to help people.

This simple fact surprises many people because — let’s be honest — most TV shows tend to depict lawyers as the epitome of corporate greed and sketchy practices.

But in truth, most of us are just regular people trying to use our legal knowledge to do some good for our communities.

This podcast is an extension of my Pennsylvania law practice, in that I hope it will help you when you are in difficult times better understand your rights and how to protect you and your family.

Episodes will discuss various kinds of criminal defense, such as DUI, drug crimes, juvenile crimes and theft.

But we will also touch upon personal injury topics such as medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and others.

I hope you find this podcast informative and helpful.

  • Is the Insurance Company Lowballing You?
    Oct 23 2026

After an accident, receiving an insurance settlement offer may feel like a relief. But before you accept, it's important to understand what the offer covers and whether it reflects the full extent of your injuries and losses.

In this episode of The Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Podcast, Frank Walker explains why you shouldn't automatically accept the first insurance offer and what to consider before agreeing to a settlement.

    In this episode, we discuss:

    • Why insurance companies may make an initial settlement offer quickly
    • What factors can affect the value of your personal injury claim
    • How medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering may factor into a settlement
    • Why accepting an offer too soon can be risky
    • How ongoing medical treatment may affect your claim

Every accident and injury is different, and an initial offer may not account for all your losses. Understanding your options before agreeing to a settlement can help you make a more informed decision.

  • How Much is My Case ACTUALLY Worth?
    Oct 4 2026

If you've been injured in an accident, you may be wondering: How much is my case actually worth? The answer isn't always as simple as adding up your medical bills.

    • How insurance coverage can affect a potential recovery
    • Why every personal injury case is different
    • Common mistakes that could affect your claim

There is no one-size-fits-all formula for determining the value of an injury case. The specific facts, injuries, damages, and circumstances of each case all matter.
