  • Riding, Coaching and Takeaway Cocktails with Henry Boswell
    Jul 20 2021
This week I was joined by top dressage rider, Henry Boswell, who talked about the highs and lows of being a professional rider, how to pick yourself up when self doubt creeps in, and resisting the urge to order take away cocktails! What a humble, down-to-earth, but hugely knowledgeable guy Henry is - I hope you enjoy listening to this as much as I enjoyed recording it.

  • Dealing with Injuries and Social Media Haters with Joanna Thurman-Baker
    Jul 5 2021
Joanna Thurman-Baker rode her first Grand Prix dressage test at the age of 20, on a self-produced horse. Not only is she an exceptional rider, she's also a gorgeous person. I've been social media buddies with Joanna for a good few years, but it was only very recently that we got to sit down together for a good old virtual chat! We talked about her injuries and how she recovered, as well as touching on a subject I feel very strongly about: social media hate. Hope you enjoy!
