Welcome to the Letters To & From Women Podcast – a safe haven for the sensitive women who are dreamers, deep feelers, hopeless romantics, and leaders at heart, but who long for a sense of direction, inspiration, and hard-hitting advice for healing every once in a while.

If you’re looking for a place to get all your deepest questions about healing feminine shame, perfectionism, and complex trauma to create conscious love within your Self, relationships, life itself, your creativity, and your purpose, press play. You will likely get the love letter you didn’t know you needed to touch the corners of your soul that need light the most.

This show is hosted by Mariana Jimenez, Founder of The Enlightened Woman, where her mission is to help women rediscover safety and self-agency after a lifetime of perfection-driven shame. She is a somatic coach, speaker, and writer who’s passionate about taking the “complex” out of trauma, spirituality, and conscious relationships, and Letters To & From Women is how she takes the advice out of her coaching sessions and into intimate conversations.

In this episode, I'm breaking down the 5 traits of an emotionally safe man and how a healthy relationship should actually feel in your nervous system — especially for women healing abandonment wounds, people-pleasing, and attachment trauma.

From emotional regulation, vulnerability, integrity, and true masculine safety, this conversation explores the difference between relationship dynamics that keep you anxious and those that help you soften. Whether you’re dating, healing heartbreak, or trying to build deeper intimacy in your current relationship, this episode will help you recognize the kind of love that supports your growth instead of your survival patterns.
