    The team is back on the yellow couch...and fired up! The Comedy Zone now is hosting shows on Mondays and Tuesdays for a variety of local comedy shows, including standup, improv, showcases, and new concepts. The first week was The Comedy Zone Allstars and it was exceptional. October 12th will host the Who's Headlining Anyway tour! The conversation shifts to a poignant observation that comedians aren't coveting the comedy club roles as much as they did in the past. The influx of pop-up shows, brewery showcases, and established traveling shows have changed the comedy landscape. Whether that is good, bad or simply a new reality is something to consider. The new comedy landscape and how to get to the Headliner status is challenging to navigate. There also may be a new reality in the social media world and how to attract followers and gain notoriety but it also might not be what you think. More importantly, it might not be what you want. It might frustrate you even more...just ask Jason. The second segment goes hard against the absolute shit show of Cornell University, its executives, fraternities, and anyone else associated with that school. With a heavy and irate heart, they discuss the nightmare that was the Cornell 57 and their assault of Jane Doe. The entire situation is appalling, heartbreaking, and catastrophic. There is an epidemic that needs to be stopped immediately. Men need to do better. Men need to be as angry as women. Men need to speak up. Men need to stand up against the fear of challenging their friends who are committing crimes. It's on us. There is no other way to see it. Our hearts, admiration, and support go out to Jane Doe.     The team is back on the yellow couch...kinda. Jason wasn't able to make the first segment because he works for a living. He made me write that here. Jordan and Jonathan has a little love fest about Rosalia, Kanye, and Ed Sheeran. Well, they drag Ed Sheeran pretty hard and because he is struggling right now on account of poor decision making and (checks notes) cowardice. I mean, his band (no superstars, mind you) quit because of his failure in this situation. They give Macklemore a lot of credit for his consistent support of Palestine, even though his past has its fair share of cringe. In the second segment, Jason finally makes an appearance and it really just elevates the whole conversation. Finally there was an adult in the room. He made me say that! The guys discuss the amazing show at the Ghost Light Bourbon Bar at Millwald Theatre. Some of the details are fun, including a positive heckler and her big twist. They end with a Would You Rather and it's one of the best ones they've ever done. Would you rather have a dragon (and all the lore of the Dragon) or the Iron Man suit?     The gang is back together on the yellow couch, with a furry special guest Donut, and they did not hold back this week. Jordan has returned unharmed from Australia and yet another marathon. What a beast. He describes the challenges of the experience like the fact that it's running more than 26 miles. He describes the differences between the US and Australia and it's not what you think. What is your irrational fears? Don't say sharks because that's not irrational. Be careful swimming with stingrays. Jordan took surfing lessons with sharks. There is an update on the bachelor party guy with the hickys. You'll have to listen to get that. Question of the week: (find this poll on the @whosheadlininganyway Insta story) Which do you prefer to blow off steam and re-energize after a stressful situations? A. Solo workouts, isolation or ima hurt someone B. Intramural sports because teamwork makes the days palatable and being alone is a nightmare C. Time with your partner, Coitus, Making the beast with two backs D. Adventure sports, bungee jumping, skydiving because maybe it fails The gang jumps into adventure sports like bungee jumping and skydiving. What would you do? The challenges seem unreal and not really that funny. We are going to need 250 subscriptions for the next sock reveal that will land Jonathan's socks on the coffee table. So, let's make it happen.
