However, there are still pending claims, including intentional infliction of emotional distress and violations of California Penal Code. While the ruling eliminates the opportunity to challenge the truthfulness of past accusations against Manson, substantial allegations remain against Evan Rachel Wood and Illma Gore. While some may view it as a large blow to Manson, the ruling primarily impacts public perception rather than legal consequences.
