The five(5) stages of grief is the popular model that is used to track the processing of loss. But what they don't tell you is that the model isn't a rigid & sequential path. Everyone experiences grief differently and in this episode I try to make sense of what grief actually is from my own lived experiences. We talk about the ways grief manifests and and we end with the clarity of what everyone who is grieving should know and also what those around them should know.
