Respecting yourself to know the difference, but understanding where that feeling comes from.

Tough week or so, trying to find my groove. This one just hits on some feelings within my tiredness, The days have been like treacle at times but im good.

Some friendly reflections and feedback hurt my soul - I needed a break to re-relate and assess. It's a process I'm trying to find the final direction of my words and the podcast as a whole. Numerous people hit me up with some construction feedback which as an emotional bear I just didnt know how to process - more trigger warnings, more info about whats coming is I guess whats needed.
