These chapters we see Carl and Donut formulating a plan to get all the NPCs they can to the 9th floor, and we find out just what the spell is that Carl negotiated to get as well as how that spell works. Meanwhile, there's a whole thing with these stupid annoying gods that is really harshing the vibe and I wish we could just kill them all.
