Hello and welcome to the latest episode of the Eccleshall Community Cinema Podcast.

In this episode we talk about what happened at our Sing-Along A Sound of Music and we look for to August's screening:

The Big Lebowski is a 1998 neo-noir crime comedy written and directed by the Coen brothers. It stars Jeff Bridges as Jeffrey "The Dude" Lebowski, an unemployed, easy-going Los Angeles slacker whose greatest pleasures in life are bowling, drinking White Russians, and taking life as it comes. After being mistaken for a millionaire with the same name, he is drawn into an increasingly absurd kidnapping and ransom plot that spirals completely out of control.

For more information about the screening, head over to our Facebook page, “Eccleshall Community Cinema Club.” The date for your diary is Thursday 20th August at 7:30pm, upstairs at The Royal Oak on Eccleshall High Street. Remember to get your drinks early downstairs before you head up.Tickets for The Big Lebowski are just £5—the price abides, man, the price abides!

We hope to see you next time, in the foyer!
