As Peter K. rises to prominence in Canberra and wider Australia as an RSL offical, he lures a young Sydney woman to be his new bride and mother to the children from his first marriage. Behind closed doors, this seemingly good citizen is more than just a liar and a cheat. Peter is a violent predator whose victims are those who should be his nearest and dearest.
