Welcome to The B Code! Over the past several episodes, we’ve explored what it means to live as a Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest woman. But today, we’re talking about something so many women experience: feeling stuck between the regret of the past, the fear of the future, and the familiarity of a present that no longer makes them happy.

In this episode, I explore why recognizing that something needs to change doesn't always mean we're ready or able to make that change. Sometimes, even when a situation is painful, the familiarity of what we know can feel safer than the uncertainty of what comes next. I share the story of a woman I coached who struggled to leave an emotionally abusive relationship, and why compassion, support, and safety are so important when navigating difficult decisions. We'll explore how the five B Code pillars can help us reconnect with ourselves, acknowledge what we truly want, and begin moving forward—one safe, honest step at a time. Because you don't have to wait until you've reached your breaking point to start choosing yourself.

In this episode, you will learn:

    • Why We Feel Stuck: How regret about the past, fear of the future, and attachment to what's familiar can keep us in situations that no longer serve us.
    • Why Knowing You Need Change Isn't Always Enough: How fear, uncertainty, and emotional attachments can make moving forward difficult, and why needing time or support doesn't mean you're incapable of change.
    • How the Five B Code Pillars Can Help You Move Forward: How Boldness, Independence, Tenacity, Confidence, and Honesty can help you acknowledge your truth, recognize your needs, and begin rebuilding trust in yourself.
    • How to Recognize What's Keeping You Stuck: Four powerful reflection questions to help you understand your fears, recognize what staying may be costing you, and identify the support you need.
    • How to Flip the Switch on Fear and Regret: How to shift thoughts like "I've wasted so much time" or "I'm too scared to make a change" into perspectives that allow for self-compassion, possibility, and progress.
    • Why One Small Step Can Make a Difference: How meaningful change doesn't always require a dramatic decision, and why taking one safe, intentional step can be the beginning of finding your way back to yourself.

This episode is brought to you by my upcoming book, How to Become a B.I.T.C.H. and Live Happily Ever After. This book is my heart and my story, and while it comes out later this year, you don't have to wait to start your transformation.

  • Love is More than Butterflies

Welcome to The B Code! Over the past several episodes, we’ve explored what it means to live as a Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest woman. But today, we’re talking about love—and why the butterflies and chemistry that draw us to someone aren’t always enough to build a healthy, lasting relationship.

In this episode, I share what I’ve learned through my own experiences with love, marriage, motherhood, therapy, and coaching women. We explore why butterflies can sometimes be anxiety disguised as chemistry, and why emotional maturity, empathy, accountability, respect, consistency, and emotional safety are essential to healthy love. I also share how easy it can be to become attached to the potential of a relationship rather than the reality of how someone consistently treats us. Through the five B Code pillars, we’ll explore how to honor your boundaries, trust your intuition, stop abandoning yourself for the chance to be loved, and recognize the difference between a relationship that excites you and one that truly supports you. Because you deserve passion and peace, chemistry and character, butterflies and emotional safety.

In this episode, you will learn:

Why Butterflies Aren’t Always a Sign of Love: How attraction and excitement can sometimes be driven by uncertainty, inconsistency, or anxiety—and why a racing heart isn't always a sign of emotional safety.

The Qualities of Emotionally Mature Love: Why empathy, accountability, emotional regulation, respect, open-mindedness, grace, consistency, and emotional safety are essential to a healthy relationship.

Why Accountability Requires Changed Behavior: How to recognize the difference between a meaningful apology and repeated promises without action, and why consistency is what builds trust.

How to Love Someone Without Abandoning Yourself: Why maintaining your identity, honoring your boundaries, trusting your intuition, and speaking your truth are essential even when you deeply love someone.

How to Recognize Patterns Instead of Potential: Why it's important to evaluate a relationship based on how someone treats you today, rather than holding on to who they were in the beginning or who you hope they'll become.

How the Five B Code Pillars Apply to Relationships: How being Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest can help you raise your standards, trust yourself, and make room for healthier love.

A Relationship Check-In to Help You Find Clarity: The questions and reflection exercises that can help you explore whether your relationship allows you to feel seen, respected, supported, and safe.

This episode is brought to you by my upcoming book, How to Become a B.I.T.C.H. and Live Happily Ever After. This book is my heart and my story, and while it comes out later this year, you don't have to wait to start your transformation.

  • Choose Joy

Welcome to The B Code! Over the past several episodes, we’ve explored what it means to live as a Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest woman. But today, we’re talking about something we all deserve to experience—even when life isn’t perfect: choosing joy.

In this episode, I explore why we can become so focused on what went wrong, what’s missing, or what could go wrong next that we stop noticing the happiness that is already present in our lives. I share how I personally became disconnected from joy while carrying stress, fear, responsibility, and the needs of everyone around me—and how practices like gratitude, meditation, journaling, breathwork, and therapy helped me reconnect with what was already good. We’ll explore how each of the five B Code pillars can help us choose joy, take ownership of where we place our attention, and create space for happiness without pretending that our pain doesn’t exist. Because you can be healing and still experience joy. You can grieve and still laugh. You can want more for yourself while appreciating what you already have.

In this episode, you will learn:

Why Choosing Joy Doesn’t Mean Denying Your Pain: How you can acknowledge what hurts while refusing to let pain become the only thing you see.

How Your Focus Shapes Your Experience: Why repeatedly focusing on disappointment, fear, or what’s missing can become a lens through which you experience your life—and how to begin widening that lens.

How the Five B Code Pillars Help You Choose Joy: How Boldness, Independence, Tenacity, Confidence, and Honesty each play a role in allowing yourself to experience happiness.

Why You Don’t Have to Wait for Life to Be Perfect: How postponing happiness until your relationships, career, family, health, or circumstances are exactly where you want them can keep you from experiencing the life you have today.

How to Practice Gratitude and Notice the Small Moments: A simple three-part daily practice to help you recognize what brought you happiness, reconnect with how it felt, and understand what may be making it difficult to receive joy.

How to Flip the Switch Toward Happiness: How to shift thoughts like “There is nothing in my life to be happy about” into a perspective that allows you to notice what is already present.

This episode is brought to you by my upcoming book, How to Become a B.I.T.C.H. and Live Happily Ever After. This book is my heart and my story, and while it comes out later this year, you don't have to wait to start your transformation.

  • The Power of Sovereignty with Camila Greenberg
    Sep 4 2026

Welcome to The B Code! By Tiffany. Over the past several episodes, we’ve explored what it means to live as a Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest woman. But today, we’re talking about what it means to truly trust yourself, reclaim your power, and stop living according to everyone else’s expectations.

In this episode, I’m joined by Camila Greenberg, the world’s first Sovereignty Coach, keynote speaker, podcast host, retreat leader, and founder of Soulspace. Camila’s work blends nervous system regulation, psychology, embodiment, spirituality, intuitive guidance, and no-BS coaching to help people stop outsourcing their power and become the sovereign CEOs of their own lives. We talk about what sovereignty really means, why so many of us become disconnected from our own truth, and how learning to regulate your nervous system can help you hear your own voice again. Camila also shares her deeply personal journey through burnout, chronic health challenges, suicidal depression, toxic relationship patterns, and years of living according to external expectations—and how those experiences ultimately led her back to herself. This episode is an invitation to stop trying to become someone new and instead remember who you already are.

In this episode, you will learn:

What It Really Means to Live in Sovereignty: How sovereignty is about choosing your life for yourself, trusting your own voice, and taking full ownership of the person you are becoming.

Why We Outsource Our Power: How conditioning, external expectations, relationships, and the desire for approval can disconnect us from what we truly want and know to be true.

The Connection Between Your Nervous System and Self-Trust: Why regulating your nervous system can create the safety you need to hear your intuition, make aligned decisions, and trust yourself more deeply.

How to Stop Becoming Who You Think You’re Supposed to Be: Why lasting transformation isn't about becoming a different person, but about releasing the beliefs, expectations, and conditioning that have pulled you away from yourself.

What It Means to Become the Sovereign CEO of Your Life: How radical self-trust, embodiment, and intentional choice allow you to stop waiting for permission and start creating a life that actually belongs to you.

This episode is brought to you by my upcoming book, How to Become a B.I.T.C.H. and Live Happily Ever After. This book is my heart and my story, and while it comes out later this year, you don't have to wait to start your transformation.

  • Why Women Ignore Red Flags — When Intuition Already Knows
    Aug 21 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome to The B Code! Over the past several episodes, we’ve explored what it means to live as a Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest woman. But today, we’re talking about something so many women have experienced but may not always want to admit: ignoring red flags.

In this episode, I explore why we often see the red flags, feel them in our bodies, and still find ways to explain them away. We tell ourselves they’re just stressed, we’re overreacting, nobody’s perfect, or that they’re such a good person. But a good person can still be the wrong person for you. I also dive into why we fall in love with potential instead of patterns, confuse empathy with excusing behavior, mistake chemistry for compatibility, and continue moving our boundaries every time someone crosses them. Most importantly, I share how I learned that my intuition wasn’t betraying me—I was betraying my intuition. This episode is an invitation to stop negotiating with what you already know and start trusting yourself enough to recognize what the red flags are actually showing you.

In this episode, you will learn:

    • Why We Ignore Red Flags: How fear of what the truth might require us to do can make it easier to explain away behaviors we already know don't feel right.
    • Why Potential Isn't a Pattern: How focusing on who someone could become can keep you from seeing who they consistently choose to be.
    • The Difference Between Empathy and Excusing Behavior: Why understanding someone's wounds or circumstances doesn't mean you have to accept behavior that hurts you.
    • Chemistry vs. Compatibility: Why attraction and excitement aren't the same as alignment, consistency, and emotional safety.
    • How to Trust Your Intuition Again: Why your body may recognize what your mind is still trying to rationalize, and how listening to yourself can rebuild self-trust.
    • Flip the Switch When You See a Red Flag: How to replace “Maybe I’m overreacting” with “My feelings are giving me information,” and choose yourself instead of continuing to abandon yourself.

This episode is brought to you by my upcoming book, How to Become a B.I.T.C.H. and Live Happily Ever After. This book is my heart and my story, and while it comes out later this year, you don't have to wait to start your transformation.

  • Betrayal: The Silent Epidemic in Marriages Today
    Aug 7 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome to The B Code! Over the past several episodes, we've explored what it means to live as a Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest woman. Today's episode is one of the most powerful conversations I've had on this podcast, because it's real, raw, and deeply personal for both me and my guest.

In this episode, I sit down with B, one of my very first coaching clients, who shares the story of discovering that her husband of over a decade had been living a secret life of addiction, infidelity, and betrayal — all while she was raising four children and holding their family together from the inside. We talk about the moment everything changed, the fear and numbness that followed, and what it actually looked like behind the scenes to rebuild a life from nothing: learning how to pay rent, handle insurance, and simply get through a day, one small action at a time. B opens up about the trauma bond that made leaving so much harder than people realize, the fear of disappearing that followed her from childhood into her marriage, and the moment she finally flipped the switch from "why is this happening to me" to "this is happening for me."

In this episode, you will learn:

    • How Betrayal Can Become a Catalyst, Not Just a Wound: Why the very thing that shatters your world can also become the reason you finally choose yourself.
    • The Power of Flipping the Switch: How reframing a crisis from something happening "to you" to something happening "for you" can shift your entire trajectory, even when nothing else has changed yet.
    • Why Small Wins Deserve Big Celebrations: How learning to pay a bill or ask for help can rebuild confidence brick by brick when you've lost yourself completely.
    • Recognizing and Breaking a Trauma Bond: What it actually feels like to sever ties with someone you built your whole identity around, and why it can feel like grief even when leaving is right.
    • The Importance of Having a Witness: Why reaching out for support, whether a coach, therapist, or trusted friend, isn't weakness but one of the most important things you can do in your darkest moments.

This episode is brought to you by my upcoming book, How to Become a B.I.T.C.H. and Live Happily Ever After. This book is my heart and my story, and while it comes out later this year, you don't have to wait to start your transformation.

  • Everything Passes
    Jul 24 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome to The B Code! Over the past several episodes, we’ve explored what it means to live as a Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest woman. But today, we’re talking about one of the most freeing truths you can hold onto during life’s hardest seasons: everything passes.

In this episode, I share a simple moment that became a profound reminder while watching flowers gently sway in the breeze. Just as the wind comes and goes, so do our thoughts, emotions, struggles, and seasons of life. Yet so often we convince ourselves that our pain is permanent. I also reflect on my own journey through anxiety, health challenges, panic attacks, and self-abandonment, and how those seasons—although they felt endless at the time—eventually passed. What remained wasn't the pain, but the wisdom, resilience, and strength I gained along the way. This episode is an invitation to stop building a home inside temporary emotions and instead trust yourself through every season of life.

In this episode, you will learn:

    • Why Everything Passes: How thoughts, emotions, circumstances, and even difficult seasons are temporary—and why remembering this brings greater peace and resilience.
    • How The B Code Helps You Move Through Life's Storms: How Boldness, Independence, Tenacity, Confidence, and Honesty give you the tools to navigate uncertainty without allowing it to define you.
    • The Difference Between Experiencing an Emotion and Becoming It: Why your feelings are valid but are never your identity, and how separating yourself from your emotions creates freedom.
    • Flip the Switch During Difficult Seasons: How to replace fear-based thoughts with empowering perspectives that help you move from survival into growth and healing.
    • How to Trust Yourself Through Change: Why peace doesn't come from controlling life—it comes from trusting that every season, no matter how painful, is preparing you for what's next.

This episode is brought to you by my upcoming book, How to Become a B.I.T.C.H. and Live Happily Ever After. This book is my heart and my story, and while it comes out later this year, you don't have to wait to start your transformation.

  • The 2 Most Powerful Boundary Words: Yes and No
    Jul 10 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Welcome to The B Code! Over the past several episodes, we’ve explored what it means to live as a Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest woman. But today, we’re talking about two of the smallest words in the English language that have the power to transform your relationships, your confidence, your peace, and ultimately your life: yes and no.

In this episode, we explore why healthy boundaries aren't about pushing people away—they're about honoring yourself. I share a personal story about a date that reminded me how one simple "no" became one of the biggest "yeses" to my self-respect. Together, we'll unpack how every boundary you set is really a reflection of your identity and values. You'll discover that saying yes isn't always empowering, saying no isn't selfish, and that the life you create is determined by what you repeatedly choose to welcome—and what you courageously choose to walk away from.

In this episode, you will learn:

    • Why Yes and No Are the Foundation of Healthy Boundaries: How these two simple words shape your relationships, career, confidence, health, peace, and the direction of your life.
    • How The B Code Transforms the Way You Set Boundaries: How Boldness, Independence, Tenacity, Confidence, and Honesty help you confidently say yes to what aligns with your values and no to anything that compromises them.
    • Why Self-Respect Is Built One Decision at a Time: How every healthy "no" is actually a powerful "yes" to yourself, your peace, and the woman you're becoming.
    • Flip the Switch on Boundary Guilt: How to replace people-pleasing, fear of disappointing others, and boundary guilt with beliefs that strengthen your confidence and emotional freedom.
    • How to Stop Abandoning Yourself to Keep Others Comfortable: Why you don't need permission, lengthy explanations, or anyone else's approval to protect your peace and honor your truth.

This episode is brought to you by my upcoming book, How to Become a B.I.T.C.H. and Live Happily Ever After. This book is my heart and my story, and while it comes out later this year, you don't have to wait to start your transformation.
