    In this episode, I talk honestly about how school labels and early experiences shaped my self-esteem, and how they almost convinced me I wasn't intelligent.

    I share my experience of being misunderstood in school, living with that belief for years, and slowly rebuilding confidence through therapy, support, and self-reflection. This episode does talk about teachers as part of the problem in the Slovak school system, not all of them, but enough to leave a lasting impact.
