I wanted a way to document the next year of my life after healing, divorce, self-discovery, spiritual awakening, and all the other unbelievable shit I still cannot believe I have experienced over the last three years!

Although I am creating this podcast for myself, I hope I can bring you along.  I know there are others who have ridden a crazy rollercoaster later in life and you need a sister on your side.  

I am here to validate you and everything you have been through and the amazing life that is in front of you because of all the work you have done to understand why you have lived the life you have, the mistakes along the way, and the mental issues you've uncovered as well.
