Do you ever look at another woman's life and feel that ache for more, then feel guilty for wanting it?

That feeling isn't ungratefulness. It's your soul showing you what's possible for you.

In this episode, I'm reframing jealousy and restlessness as guidance, not something to be ashamed of. Because if you've been living on autopilot, running on empty for everyone else, and quietly pushing that desire back down every time it surfaces, this one is for you.

I walk you through exactly how to catch the ego stories ("that's not for you", "who do you think you are?"), use her life as evidence of what's available to yours, and reconnect to the part of you that already knows where you're supposed to go next.

That desire for more isn't the problem. It's the direction.

What if the life you've been working so hard to create was never actually yours to begin with?

In this episode, Toni explores one of the most quietly life-changing questions a woman can ask herself: am I living the life I was taught to live, or the life my soul actually chose?

There are two ways to live. The one society handed you, built on logic, expectation, and everyone else's blueprint for what a good life looks like. And then there's the soul led life, the one where your decisions come from the deepest truth of who you are, not from fear, conditioning, or what you were told you were supposed to want.

Toni gets real about what soul led living actually looks like, including what soul level friendships feel like, how a soul led woman makes money (hint: it's not hustle, and it's not magic either), and why building a soul led life doesn't mean burning everything down. It's one honest decision, then another, then another.

She also shares the moment her own soul finally got her attention, and how what looked like loss from the outside was actually a coming home.

In this episode:

• The two ways most people live, and which one is quietly draining you
• What soul level friendships actually feel like and why they feel so different
• How a soul led woman creates money and abundance, without struggle or pressure
• Why living from your soul doesn't mean one giant leap (and what it actually means instead)
• Four simple steps to start building your soul led life right now

Your four steps to start living from your soul:

1. Decide you want it. Choose fulfilment, passion, and abundance. Simple as that.
2. Develop your connection to your intuition and higher self. Listen back to the episode on connecting with your higher self and higher self connection for a guided walkthrough.
3. Follow the joy. Not by quitting your job tomorrow, but by saying no to one draining thing, yes to one thing that lights you up, and asking yourself honestly, what would bring me joy right now?
4. Start the healing process. Not because you're broken, but because returning to the essence of who you are, beyond all the conditioning and labels, is how you come home to yourself.

In this deeply honest and heartfelt conversation, I sit down with Maxine from 7 Drops of Wellness to explore her journey from overwhelm, people-pleasing, self-doubt and disconnection to self-love, trust and a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.

Maxine shares what life looked like before we began working together, the emotional and physical toll of carrying responsibility for everyone around her, and the moment she realised there had to be more available for her life.

Together, we explore:

✨ The hidden cost of people-pleasing and abandoning yourself

✨ Why so many women feel like they’re simply existing rather than truly living

✨ How self-love transformed Maxine’s relationships, business and sense of worth

✨ The connection between self-worth and abundance

✨ Learning to listen to the whispers before life forces you to stop

✨ What became possible when Maxine finally chose herself

This conversation is a powerful reminder that no matter where you are right now, it is possible to rewrite your story, reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels deeply aligned with who you truly are.

If you’ve been feeling like there’s more available for your life, this episode is for you.

About Maxine

Maxine is the founder of 7 Drops of Wellness and an Integrative Body and Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner based in Jurien Bay, Western Australia.

With more than 30 years of experience working with the body, her path began through her own healing journey and a deep curiosity about the connection between the body, emotions, the nervous system, and the deeper unseen aspects of wellbeing.

What started as remedial therapy gradually evolved into a more intuitive and holistic approach as she recognised that many women were carrying far more than physical tension. Beneath the aches, fatigue, and overwhelm were unspoken stories, emotional load, and a quiet longing to reconnect with themselves.

Guided by intuition, spirituality, compassion, and a belief that the body holds profound wisdom, Maxine creates nurturing spaces where women can slow down, soften, and feel safe enough to listen. Through integrative bodywork, therapeutic-grade essential oils, emotional wellbeing practices, and gentle nervous system support, she helps women reconnect with their inner wisdom and remember who they are beneath the layers of life.

Her work is grounded in a simple belief: when we learn to listen to the whispers of the body, we can listen before the body shouts, creating space for rest, regulation, healing, and remembering.
