Hey Roar-ee the Lion, it's Jenny with your Campus Update for November 24 through December 1. Let's get you set for the week—fast. First up—Thanksgiving break is here! No classes from Wednesday, November 26, through Saturday, November 29. Enjoy the holiday and safe travels if you're heading out. Next—if you're planning to graduate in May 2026, the deadline to apply or reapply for your B.A. degree is Monday, December 1. Don't miss it! And—for those in the Executive MPA program, the last week of evening and Saturday classes kicks off on December 1. Time to wrap up the semester strong. Over the weekend, our Lions faced off in the final football game of the season. While the outcome wasn't in our favor, the team showed great spirit and determination. A special shoutout to senior quarterback Alex Thompson for his leadership on the field. Looking ahead, the men's basketball team has a home game this Saturday at Levien Gymnasium. Come out and support the team! The Harriman Institute is hosting a film screening of "Holidays" on Monday, December 1, at 6:15 p.m. It's a great opportunity to unwind after the break and enjoy some thought-provoking cinema. Also, the "Romanticists of Gorbachev’s Perestroika" exhibition is ongoing until December 8. If you haven't checked it out yet, it's a fascinating look into a pivotal time in history. On the food front, the campus dining halls are featuring a special Thanksgiving-themed menu on Tuesday, November 25. Don't miss out on the festive flavors!
