🎙️ Thanks, It’s the Trauma – Christa Pike, Gypsy Rose & Lindsey Clancy

This episode, we’re just hitting record and talking about three names that have been making their way around the true crime world: Christa Pike, Gypsy Rose Blanchard, and Lindsey Clancy.

We’re chatting about what’s been going on with each of them, the conversations happening online, and the public’s reactions to their stories. We’re not here to agree with everything being said or take sides on every issue. We’re simply having an open conversation, sharing our thoughts, and discussing the things that have caught our attention.

As always, you never quite know where our conversations will go! Join us for another episode of Thanks, It’s the Trauma, where we talk about the topics everyone seems to be discussing and give ourselves permission to think out loud. 🎧

Being a Southern Woman Comes With Rules… Nobody Actually Gave You 😂

Bless your heart… because apparently being a Southern woman comes with an entire rulebook that nobody bothered to hand us!

In this episode of Thanks, It’s The Trauma, we’re talking about all those unwritten rules of being a Southern woman—from manners, appearances, family expectations, and knowing how to behave in public, to the things you were taught you just don’t do… even if nobody ever actually explained why.

We’re sharing some of the classic Southern expectations we grew up with, the things that still make us say “Yes ma’am” out of habit, and the moments when we’ve realized just how much those unwritten rules have shaped us.

Of course, we’re also bringing our own experiences to the conversation because what would this podcast be without a little personal trauma sprinkled in? 😂

So grab your sweet tea, mind your manners, and join us for a conversation about Southern women, Southern culture, the expectations placed on us, and the rules we’re still trying to figure out whether we actually agree with.

Because sometimes being a Southern woman means smiling politely while internally screaming…

    Thanks. It’s the trauma. 😂

We Hit Record… And Went Wherever the Conversation Took Us

No plan. No script. No real idea where this conversation was going—we just hit record and started talking. 😂

From the economy and the cost of living to homelessness, polygamy, and all the random rabbit holes we somehow manage to fall into, this episode is truly a little bit of everything.

It’s one of those conversations where you never quite know what’s coming next—and honestly, neither did we. We’re talking about things that are happening in the world, things that make us scratch our heads, things that piss us off, and probably a few things that make you say, “Wait… how the hell did we get here?”

So buckle up, because this one is off the cuff, unfiltered, and all over the damn place.

Hit play and come hang out with us. You never know where the conversation is going to end up! 🎙️😂
