    Recording from Rybnik, Poland, Nancy McCready continues the conversation on the good and handsome warfare by looking at the warfare of Jesus Himself. His warfare was not driven by outward pressure, the need to prove Himself, or a constant display of force. Jesus lived and responded from unwavering dependency upon the Father. Drawing from John 14:30–31 and Jesus’ journey to the Cross, Nancy explores a powerful rule of engagement: the enemy had nothing in Jesus because the Father had all of Him. Satan could tempt Him but could not turn Him. People could accuse, misunderstand, wound, and oppose Him, but they could not draw Him out of His oneness with the Father. Jesus was free to speak when the Father gave Him words and equally free to remain silent when obedience required silence. This Here We Go episode challenges maturing sons to recognize that true warfare is not about winning every argument, defending ourselves, or reacting to every offense. It is about becoming so governed by the Father that neither opposition nor approval can move us from obedience.     Can you receive what you cannot produce? What happens when you have spent years being the one others depend on, only to find yourself in a new season where you need someone else's wisdom, strength, experience, or practical help? In this episode of Tent Talk, Nancy McCready continues the conversation on the Father's long-range work and the maturity required to make room for His purposes. While giving may come naturally to those who have spent years serving and strengthening others, receiving can expose deeply rooted independence, pride, and the need to appear capable. Nancy reminds us that in the Kingdom of God, we must first receive before we can give. Even the most mature sons must remain willing to learn, grow, and receive fresh supply. Drawing from John 13, 1 Corinthians 12, and Philippians 4, Nancy explores the humility of receiving and the interdependence of the Body of Christ. Our experience and capacity do not eliminate our need for others. The Father has designed His Body to function through mutual giving and receiving, where each member contributes what has been entrusted to them. Yet receiving also requires discernment, ensuring that generosity does not become manipulation, obligation, or a means of controlling another person's assignment. As the Father prepares His sons for new seasons of enlargement, collaboration, and greater responsibility, He is exposing whatever might hinder the free flow of His life through His people. This episode challenges us to surrender self-sufficiency, welcome the contributions of others, and remain fully dependent upon the Father as we move together in His purposes. Thanks for Listening!     Recording from the airport lounge in Krakow, Poland, Nancy McCready continues the conversation on the good and handsome warfare as she prepares to return to the United States after a week of Cross Encounter, ministry, and conversations in Rybnik. Looking again at the warfare of Jesus, Nancy emphasizes that the enemy’s goal is separation, while the strength of a maturing son is found in oneness with the Father. Jesus did not allow darkness, accusation, misunderstanding, rejection, or the actions of others to consume His attention. His face remained toward the Father and His eternal intention. Sometimes His warfare was speaking. Sometimes it was silence. But His response always came from fellowship and obedience. As sons mature, warfare becomes less about fascination with darkness and more about faithfully living the life of Christ. We do not have to answer every accusation, prove ourselves right, keep accounts of who appreciated us, or allow another person’s flesh to dictate our lives. Our greatest strategy is to remain joined to the Father, discern His will, and freely live in agreement with Him. This Here We Go episode is a call to grow up, remain faithful to what the Father has entrusted to us, and discover the tremendous authority of a life lived in uninterrupted oneness and obedience to Him.
