By day, I'm an education professional. By choice, I'm a biker. And for a long time, I thought those two worlds couldn't possibly fit together.
In this episode of Hot Flashes & Horsepower, I share my journey from elementary teacher and education professional to motorcycle rider, and how learning to ride challenged many of the assumptions I had about who bikers are—and who I was allowed to become. We'll talk about breaking stereotypes, embracing unexpected passions in midlife, and why it's okay to be both professional and rebellious, responsible and adventurous.
