Irish rapper Casey Walsh joined the lads this week, four years on from his last appearance and in a very different place in life.

The last time Casey was here he was part of Versatile, but this time he returns as a solo artist with new music, a tour on the way, and a whole new outlook on life. He talked about the madness that came with the band’s rise, from selling out the 3Arena to touring with Snoop Dogg, and how being that young with that much attention, money and momentum sent him down a path he eventually had to step away from.

Casey opened up about getting sober, finding faith, meeting his wife Kim, and how his life has changed since making those decisions. There is also a new chapter opening up for him, with his first major lead acting role in the new RTÉ and BBC series Tall Tales and Murder. He told us about getting the call, breaking down when he landed the part, and why acting was always the dream before music ever took over.
