We Are Whole: A Reflection on Oneness and Interconnectedness

What does it mean to be whole?

Through the metaphor of the human body, its countless cells, and the drops that form an ocean, this contemplative reflection invites us to explore the relationship between individuality and oneness.

Every cell in the body has its own structure and function, yet each contributes to the life of the whole. In the same way, we are all different, with our own identities, experiences, beliefs, and ways of seeing the world. But could our differences exist within a greater interconnectedness?

Perhaps being whole does not mean becoming the same. Perhaps it means recognising that we can be different without being separate.
