Captain Max helped Stella through her breakup with some counselling, but she shot him with the tickle ray and he nearly died. They managed to save him, but in the process of relationship counselling did push him into an emotional breakdown.

Tony Italiano found a living plant in one of the shuttles that docked on the ship, and Jim Chiminey helped him to feed it, when it started to grow...
