You just walked into season 4 of Take With A Grain Of Salt. Welcome! I am happy to see you here, building our little spiritual oasis one episode at a time. In this episode, I am speaking on urgency. What it means and how to dismantle it from being a driving force in our day to day. I say the word, "urgency", probably about 30+ times in this episode lol, so hopefully something sticks for you. Most of my life, I can only remember acting on the urgency for others, which manifested to crippling anxiety for years. I also noticed it bleeding into my creativity. This topic really hits home for me and I hope it resonates with you, you little earthling, as well. I have a lot of love for you and I hope you find some peace from it. See you soon. Mwah.

The general timeline for this episode:

0:00-3:00 : The struggles of being a bleeding woman

3:00-6:30 : How does urgency show up in our life?

    6:30-11:11 : Trust vs Fear

11:11-16:00 : How urgency shows up in relationships

16:00-25:10 : How urgency shows up in creative projects

25:10-28:20 : "The fastest way to get somewhere is to go after it slowly"

    28:20-29:32 : Kiss you goodbye

The lasttttttt episode of 2024!! Andddd we have a special guest! A great, informative conversation with my sister, Rylee. We discuss the lessons, themes, mantras, we want to bring with us into this new year. I want to say how grateful I am for any listener who has taken time out of their day to listen to an episode of mine. It genuinely means the world to me <3 I hope to continue this hub of mine and create more of an oasis for anyone who may feel lonely with their thoughts. I am excited to see where this upcoming year takes me.
