A proposito di questo titolo
Inducted into the USA Triathlon Hall of Fame in 2025, Ellen Hart’s triathlon journey began at age 46. Before that, she was an accomplished distance-runner who set world records and competed in the U.S. Olympic Team Trials. Today, at age 67, Ellen endures as one of the most decorated age-group athletes in the sport. Her triathlon achievements include 18 World Age Group Titles, along with 6 consecutive Ironman 70.3 World Championships from 2008 to 2013, and another in 2015. She’s a two-time USA Triathlon Athlete of the Year and was ranked in the top 3 nationally every year from 2008 to 2018, including five years ranked #1 in both triathlon and duathlon. A multiple-time member of Team USA, Ellen – an attorney and the former First Lady of Denver – has earned numerous national podiums, including four 1st-place finishes at the USAT Duathlon National Championships and eight podiums at Ironman Kona. Ellen Hart – whose battle with eating disorders was portrayed in the hit movie Dying to be Perfect: The Ellen Hart Pena Story – talks with CHASING THE CUTOFF’s Troy Eid about her remarkable journey of family, faith, courage, and resilience.
