The Holidays can be a very challenging time for many! As resilient leaders, both Caresa and myself understand how this can be!
It can be heavy, unpredictable, and also very overwhelming.
One major thing that both of us have learned though is the power of GRACE and GRATITUDE during the GRIEF journey!
Grace means being able to understand that you are HUMAN and going through the stages of grief is a process.
Gratitude looks like reflection, building and remembering the legacy of your loved ones, as well as being thankful as you create new memories, new moments, while still realizing that you will have both challenging and great days.
GRIEF means that this is complex! Don't compare your journey to others. Also, knowing that you will walk into a new normal as you continue to experience is this process.
