Despite all her work commitments, we are very grateful to our MP for North Herefordshire Ms Ellie Chowns who found time to tell us something about herself and the work she does as the Leader of the Green Party in Parliament and for her constituency.

Ellie is a highly motivated, very hard working, compassionate and a genuine people person as you will hear in this podcast. So grab a cup of tea or coffee and hear Ellie talk about her work, herself and her constituency.

By the way this is not a party political podcast!

Welcome to Episode 43! Mrs Al Gyford has spent a lot of time researching the history of Sutton St Nicholas, Herefordshire here in the United Kingdom.

At one time this village was bigger than Birmingham in the West Midlands!

Al and her husband Stan do a lot of good work in the Village. It was a pleasure for Mike and I to catch up with her and listen to her research.

Happy Listening...

Welcome to an inspiring podcast! We meet with Helen Roberts who talks through her career in education. How she has helped children and staff in schools to learn the positives of helping children who need something different so they feel more settled in school and learn at their pace. A fascinating podcast...
