In this episode, officially brought to you by Ski Racing Media, Alan and I chatted to Luca de Aliprandini about all things World Cup, giant slalom and the Italian team.
In part one we gave some big news updates with Marco Schwarz dropping and Mikaela Shiffrin reducing their slalom racing as well as key returns to snow for both Manuel Feller and Lauren Macuga.
In the conversation with de Aliprandini we explored the best giant slalom racers he's competed against during his 15 years on tour.
We also spoke about his new wife, Michelle Gisin, and how her progress towards a potential comeback is growing.
Luca also went into detail on last season's lack of high-level results and how he hopes to bounce back into the world's top 30.
This is a great conversation with one of the most consistent giant slalom skiers in the last decade and more.
