A proposito di questo titolo
In this episode guest Kevin O’Hare, Krystal, and Gabby talk about losing a loved one by suicide and supporting someone who has lost a loved one by suicide. Kevin and Krystal both lost their fathers to suicide in their early 20s.
They openly share their experiences of losing their fathers and discuss what healing has looked like for them in the first few years since their losses. There are tips for other survivors, for those supporting survivors, and resources for anyone who may need some help.
Although this was a tough episode to record, it is filled with A LOT of laughter, love, and light. Hang in there and please don’t give up.
