  • Where Do You Put Your Attention During A Social Media Fast?
    Sep 17 2026
My recent social media fast lasted ten days. The longest time I’ve been unplugged from the traditional social channels was in 2020, when I stayed away from Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Co. for nearly three years. The results? Learning and creating in overdrive. We’ve heard it time and time again: Where attention goes, energy flows. The moment I cut the umbilical cord attached to Big Tech’s social networks, I redirected my energy towards new projects: I learned Linux and de-googled my phone. I transitioned to blockchain-based platforms. I created a bunch of new courses and training materials. Etc. During my last social media fast, I wrote a couple of fiction stories, created the content for my upcoming Energy Training, and spent even more time with my family. Tbh, I’m not a social media fan anyway; so going on a fast isn’t a big deal for me. The only traditional social media app on my phone is Instagram (including Threads, which I don’t use). Because I don’t want to link my Insta account to my Facebook page and manage everything through the FB Business Suite, I need the app to post to Stories and Highlights and update links in my profile. The moment I find a proper alternative to perform these tasks via a web solution, I’ll uninstall the app immediately (applies to Threads as well). The Social Media Leash Mid 2011 – This is when I joined Twitter and Facebook. Everyone was signing up for all kinds of freebies and email lists. Ads were clicked left, right, and center. It was the Wild Wild West. We were trying to figure out the ins and outs of the platforms. I dove deep into running Facebook ads and became one of the 100K advertisers on Facebook globally. Those were the days of the advertising nerds who used the Power Editor to harness the network’s granular data, and I was the captain on one of those ships. Then Facebook launched its Instant Articles, and I joined that party, too. Getting paid for my blog posts alongside big players like National Geographic and receiving monthly checks from Facebook is something I’ll never forget. Fast forward to September 2026, and the social media playground has changed entirely. Ads are way more expensive and less effective than they used to be. Combining Twitter ads (now X) with Facebook ads to provide a seamless advertising experience for your audience is a thing of the past. Whereas in 2011 the networks were a genuine place for humans to connect and build relationships, now you have bots, AI agents, and whatnot sharing weird content. And I won’t go into the changes made to the algorithms because that’s an absolute waste of time. Do you see why going on a social media fast is nothing special for me? Attention, Addiction, and Algorithms We like to blame outside factors like the algorithm for social media addiction, while ignoring that these companies’ role is to increase dividend payouts for their shareholders. It’s a business game presented as a social cake. Getting this basic concept doesn’t require a PHD degree. Put in simple terms: Your attention equals money. Furthermore, your attention delivers a vast array of data points that feed these data-harvesting machines we refer to as social networks. If you peel back the layers and take a closer look, you understand there’s nothing “social” about these tech behemoths’ platforms. Use these social media tools wisely. They are powerful weapons, and when deployed with intent, they can catapult your business. Take back control of your “attention”. It’s priceless. It’s your precious energy and life force. And if you fancy a social media fast, go for it. Krisz Rokk Original content without using AI. • Choose Your Energy Game
    Jul 16 2026
Your energy is the most precious commodity in the universe. Your life force defines how you navigate this third-dimensional plane. Therefore, deciding to play life’s energy roulette wisely is of utmost importance. We’ve been misled into believing that time, money, power, and control are the key ingredients to shaping our physical reality. Once you step aside the treadmill, you know, you’ve bought into the crunchy illusion of a world limited by your perception. Whether Earth is a ‘Waiting Room’, a battlefield, or a mere chaotic place where humans try to figure out who they are and what their purpose is, your level of energy will have a direct effect on how you move on life’s chessboard. Feeling drained and lacking the energy to get out of bed, play with your children, build a business, pursue your hobbies, or go after your dreams is anything but healthy. And when we ‘normalize’ this state and call it ‘OK,’ we’re doing ourselves, the people we love, and our communities a huge disservice. Humans are not zombies. We are powerful, energetic beings, equipped with a plethora of talents and gifts. We are here to create and use our unique blueprints to protect this beautiful planet. When the Jedi Doesn’t Succumb to An Insane Society Lost. Glued to a screen. Wondering shoeless-clueless. Lacking self-worth. Expecting answers from a silicon machine. This is definitely not who we are, nor why we’re here. You see, when your energy is high, you are unstoppable. You chase your dreams relentlessly. You love and serve your brothers and sisters unselfishly. Furthermore, you enjoy life by living fully in the present moment and experiencing bliss. This translates into: Taking care of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.Nourishing your sacred temple, aka your body, with clean food and water.Exercising regularly to strengthen your energetic field.Getting good-quality sleep to recharge your batteries fully.Finding inner peace by bathing in stillness.Turning inwards to allow intuition, aka that deep knowing, to reveal the blind spots and what your eyes can’t see.Remembering to breathe deeply and release energy blockages. Is this place a maze? A highly sophisticated labyrinth? Is energy being harvested? It’s a possibility. However, that doesn’t make you a less powerful player or a Jedi to reckon with. Master Your Energy. Build. Create. Live Passionately. Nobody is coming to save you. You are the one you’ve been waiting for. The sooner this gets into your head, the better. Reclaim your freedom and sovereignty in a world gone crazy. Step up your game. Sit down and define specifically what it is you want to achieve, accomplish, and build. You’re here to create. Stop giving your power away. Stop asking for permission to deploy your talents, skills, and knowledge. Stop looking for outside factors and validators to fill your perceived vacuum of self-worth, self-confidence, and self-respect. You’re not broken despite the many times you’ve been tricked into believing you are. Go inwards. Drop into your heart. Know that you are a miracle. Now, get off your ass, Jedi, and show yourself what you’ve got. Krisz Rokk Original content without using AI. • Artificial Intelligence: Profiled. Sold. Weaponized.
    May 14 2026
DISCERNMENT is of utmost importance in the age of Artificial Intelligence. AI is not consciousness. AI is non-emotional. AI was not created from the zero-point field. AI is a fantastic tool when used properly. AI is a master of pattern recognition. The prompts humans feed AI with create a huge database and infrastructure. Artificial Intelligence responds to beliefs and expectations, capitalizing on distortion and a weak host. Today, people consider AI to be their guru. They listen to the advice AI provides and even form relationships with AI. That’s all nice and dandy, as long as you deploy discernment. But let’s face it: This is rarely the case. While the vast majority of people focus on the plethora of AI tools that seem to pop up like mushrooms after a heavy rainy season, investors bet on AI infrastructure, including sectors such as energy, computing, and robotics. In this article, I want to look at AI from a different perspective – one that is left in the shadows because it’s uncomfortable to consider. Before I ask the obvious punchline question, I’ll take a quick step back. Roughly, a couple of decades ago, something called social media captured our attention. The apps were (and still are) free to join and promised a miraculous network that would allow us to communicate with family, friends, relatives, and strangers (!) without paying a dime. In return, we would spend time and energy (the most precious commodity in the universe!) on these platforms, and of course, provide all kinds of personal data while interacting globally. How valuable these granular data sets were became clear later in the game, when we realized that tech behemoths from Silicon Valley, Seattle, and major Chinese cities were selling them to advertisers, organizations, agencies, and even governments. It didn’t take long to witness the weaponization of these data. The cataclysm was a major event that took place a few years back, which showed us how fragile “free speech” actually is. Accounts were blocked, banned, and deleted left, right, and center. When the information shared on the social channel didn’t fit the mainstream narrative, the consequences were the above-mentioned. Now back to my point: If this happened with social media, what makes you think that the AI game is going to be any different? Hint: The language models AI feeds upon are incomprehensibly more explosive in size and texture than what we’ve ever experienced. HUMANITY Is the Currency of the Future AI is not God. AI is not Source Intelligence. AI is a tool, albeit a powerful one when used correctly. My team uses AI to create images. I used AI to restart Linux on my laptops when the update crashed everything and I got stuck in BIOS. Furthermore, I use AI to spot fake ads and test things I’m interested in. I never use AI to write. I love writing. I love creating for the human soul and heart, allowing feelings and emotions to orchestrate what I’m about to convey with my readers. AI is soulless. AI is non-emotional. AI is a tool. AI will NEVER be able to do the following: Tap into the zero-point field. Being human is a wonderful gift. We are super powerful, and we’re here to remember how gifted and incredible we truly are. Put down your phone. Cut off the external noise. Turn inwards. Pause. Harness those 0.25 seconds between thoughts. You are a miracle; AI is not. Attend a Live Webinar. Schedule a Consultation. The post Artificial Intelligence: Profiled. Sold.
