The only way to truly achieve surrender from an enemy is to be relentless. Historically when one side takes out the things that make a people comfortable, they have no choice but to surrender in order to ensure overall survival. To achieve an enemy's surrender, as Iran remains defiant and vows to continue fighting, a relentless approach is necessary. History shows that when an enemy's comfort and means of subsistence are targeted and eliminated, they are ultimately forced to surrender to ensure their collective survival. A court has temporarily blocked California's proposed "No Vigilante’s Act," a bill intended to compel ICE agents to publicly identify themselves and wear name tags. Similarly, a redistricting plan in Virginia, which was set to give Democrats a 10-1 majority in the House, has also been halted. A cross-country field trip for high school students in California was recently approved by the Board of Education, costing taxpayers over $40,000.
