What if the trouble someone is trying to bring into your life doesn't have the final word?
As we conclude our journey through Psalm 7, Pastor Terence R. Gray, I. brings the psalmist's message full circle. In verses 16–17, David declares that the violence and trouble a person causes can recoil on them—and then shifts from crying out to God to giving Him thanks and praise.
After all the frustration, conflict, and appeals for justice throughout this Psalm, the ending is a reminder of God's righteousness and the importance of trusting Him with the outcome.
You don't have to spend your life trying to get even. You can leave judgment in God's hands and keep your focus on the One who remains righteous.
