Over the years I have discovered that mindset is everything. Now, that might sound obvious, but it is! You see the number of awoken minds is very few in reality. Whilst acknowledging mindset is key it is absolutely different from utilizing, influencing, impacting, and effecting great change, for yourself, your loved ones, friends, colleagues, and the wider public.  

Like most of us I have had many ups and downs. I want to share the lessons learnt and promote a better environment for all, internally and externally! 

Through sharing my own experiences and hosting some fabulous individuals including some big household names to discuss key topics around mindset and the success formulas I hope the listener will become inspired to create space for change for betterment in their lives. I aim to inspire change by encouragement, not by force. I intend to inspire by education, not by regulation.

KEY TAKEAWAYS My dream in 1993 would have been to be a hedge fund manager, managing other people’s money. It took me 15 year to achieve that dream, mostly because when I asked people how to become a hedge fund manager they gave me massive doubt, a ton of rejection. Final I found one person who gave me his route & I followed it mostly. But along the way I still had a lot of doubt. Now, when I coach my clients, I teach them #doubtthedoubt, have faith in your dream, not your doubt. It doesn’t need to take you 15 years. That’s why I’m here; so my long road can lead to your short cut. My big ‘why’ is to help at least 100,000 people become financially free. That’s what gets me up in the morning. I visualise & meditate every morning, b ut then I get out into the world & take action, I meet people, because I believe the only way to help is by taking action. The shortcut is mindset. Not just visualisation & meditation. It’s when you believe in your mission, your purpose, yourself & others you will come at your work from a completely different point of view. What do you believe about money? Can you be spiritual & rich? Do you have to work really hard to be rich & successful? You could be creating resistance when you think you have to do all this stuff, it’s better to be in the flow. You have a relationship with money whether you know it or not. I met a woman last year who told me: “I don’t care about money.” If you don’t care about money, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t care about you. Think about it as a person. It’s not going to flow to you if you use those words, so care about it. You don’t have to be greedy, but it’s good to be rich. If you had $10 million you could give $1 million away to your favourite charity or create your own charity. BEST MOMENTS ‘There are a million ways to become rich, not just options, it could be stocks, real estate, even your own business.’‘Work out your passion & your purpose & I believe you’ll be more prosperous doing those things than by doing something you feel you’re required to to pay the bills.’‘I don’t know any billionaires who sit at home all day & meditate & visualise. They visualise their dreams (& I’m sure most of them do meditate), but they’re also getting out into the world & taking inspired action.’‘Money is just energy. KEY TAKEAWAYS Many people I work with on their voice, including me, have some kind of trauma that held them back or kept them small & not free to express themselves. For me it was growing up in a house of oppressive silence. When I started to explore my voice, I was freer & able to move forward. I love helping people discover the true version of themselves. Take clips from Steve Carrell or Jim Carey films and mimic them to get yourself out of your comfort zone & play with your range. Before you’re going to do some public speaking go up and down your range to get out of your monotone. Record the first paragraph of your signature speech & play it back to yourself. Listen to if you’re monotone, & really be critical. If you can do that and listen from the point of view of your audience. It’ll feel weird, but try it. You sound better than you think. It takes practice, but you’re allowed to be as ‘big’ as you want. Be the character of a person that never had trauma, who was never told not to sing or quiet down. That’s the version of you you’re allowed to get to. Everybody is unique, it’s one of the things I love about the voice & the work that I do. I don’t know who the true version of that person is, once we find that & let it out into the world it’s so exciting. Find your weirdness and greatness and watch the world open up to you. KEY TAKEAWAYS Most people function from their headspace, they’re very analytical, they overthink things, they’re in a crowded mind space, they find it difficult to get things done & often reach burnout. That’s an energetic imbalance. When we reconnect back to the heart centre it sends more electrical signals to our brain that the brain sends to the heart. I use a unique methodology called the ‘energetic alignment method’ which uses the body sway to get feedback on that energetic imbalance. It’s very uplifting to see how this changes people. It’s very powerful. We really get to the root/core of the problem very quickly – often in one session, sometimes longer. But, once we get into alignment we can use it to tap into our higher selves in terms of getting more lucid decision making that sits in alignment with their purpose. It’s a gradual progression, it takes time to stretch the muscle of self-belief, but once you do you’ll find that people are magnetised to you & they will reach out. But it all starts from the idea that you need to start thinking that not everyone else’s way is the better way, start focussing on who your are & feeling into the core of your message & connecting to that. We forget that we are part of the world and the cosmos, it is an abundant environment, we are led to believe it’s scarce because we’ve been brainwashed or indoctrinated to believe that. But, you have to take the steps forward while being in alignment and the universe will meet you half way & offers such great pickings.
