I am sharing a personal blog titled "A Fresh Start" in which I share my experience on starting over with a new task, for me its running or walking. A routine that I have developed in my walk, but so often dread STARTING over when I've neglected the task.
Starting over shouldn't be ahassle, or a burden, but an encouragement to be greater and do better.
